How Lorago works
Your trip is already booked. Now make it easy to use.
Your travel plans are usually scattered across emails, booking websites, PDFs, and different apps.
Lorago brings them together into one intelligent travel context.
Forward your booking confirmations, or create a trip yourself and add your documents.
Then just ask Lorago about your plans — and let it tell you what you need to know, before you need to ask.
Try Lorago1. Get your trip into Lorago
There are two ways to get started.
Forward your bookings
The fastest and most effortless way.
When you book a flight, hotel, train, rental car, activity, or other reservation, simply forward the confirmation email to bookings@lorago.app.
Lorago extracts the relevant travel information and adds it to your itinerary.
No forms. No copying and pasting. No manual data entry.
Book → Forward → Done
Create a trip yourself
Prefer to start with the trip?
Create a trip in Lorago by giving it a name and travel dates. Then add your travel documents to it.
You can upload booking confirmations, tickets, PDFs, and other documents containing information about your trip.
You can continue adding documents as your plans develop.
However you start, Lorago takes care of the rest.
Whether you forward your bookings or create a trip and add your documents, the result is the same:
Your travel information becomes part of one itinerary that Lorago can understand.
2. Lorago understands your itinerary
Once your bookings and documents are in Lorago, it starts putting the pieces together.
Your flight confirmation tells it about your flight.
Your hotel confirmation tells it where you're staying.
Your train ticket tells it how you're getting from one city to another.
Your activity reservation tells it what you've planned.
Together, these aren't just separate documents.
They're your trip.
Lorago uses this information as context when you ask questions, so you don't have to repeatedly explain what you're doing or search for the right confirmation.
3. Ask questions about your actual trip
This is where Lorago becomes more than a place to store your bookings.
You can simply ask questions in natural language.
"What time is my flight?"
Lorago can find the relevant flight in your itinerary and give you the answer.
"What's the address of my hotel?"
No need to search through your confirmation emails.
"What do I have booked tomorrow?"
Lorago can look across your itinerary and give you a picture of what's coming up.
"When do I travel from Barcelona to Madrid?"
Lorago can connect the relevant parts of your itinerary and answer from your travel context.
4. Your itinerary becomes conversational
You don't need to remember where a piece of information came from.
You don't need to know which booking website you used.
You don't need to search your inbox for the right confirmation.
Just ask.
Try questions like:
"What's my flight number?"
"What's the address of my hotel?"
"What time is check-in?"
"Where am I having dinner tonight?"
"What do I have planned on Saturday?"
"Give me an overview of my trip."
The more of your trip you add, the more useful this context becomes.
5. Lorago tells you what you need to know
You don't always know what to ask, or when.
So Lorago doesn't wait to be asked. It sends you short briefings at the moments they matter:
Weather for your trip. Three days before you leave, with what to pack for every destination.
Flight check-in. The day before each journey, with the details you need to check in.
Your hotel, as you land. Where you're staying and how to get there from the airport.
They arrive where you choose: Telegram, push notifications on your phone, or email. You decide which briefings you get and where, in Settings, and you can mute a single trip. Flight check-in waits until morning rather than reaching you at night; your hotel briefing comes when your flight lands.
More briefings are on the way.
6. Your plans can change
Travel plans don't stop changing after you make your first booking.
You might add another hotel.
Change a flight.
Book a restaurant.
Reserve a museum.
Add a train between two cities.
You don't need to start over.
Forward the new confirmation or add the new document to your existing trip.
Lorago can incorporate the new information into your travel context as your plans evolve.
Everything about your trip. In one place.
Your bookings may come from different airlines, hotels, booking platforms, train operators, activity providers, and restaurants.
You don't have to keep track of where everything lives.
Lorago brings the information together so you can interact with it as one itinerary.
Flights. Hotels. Trains. Cars. Activities. Reservations.
One trip. One context. One place to ask.
Start your tripWhat happens after you book?
Most travel apps focus on helping you plan, discover, or book your trip.
Lorago focuses on what happens after that.
Once you've made the bookings, you have a collection of confirmations, tickets, reservations, and details scattered across different places.
That's when Lorago becomes useful.
Your bookings are the data.
Your itinerary is the context.
Conversation is the interface.
